Shipping and risk
This page applies to prepaid labels we issue so you can send an Item to us, and to any return we send back.
Pack it so it survives
Use a rigid box, anti-static bag, and at least two inches of cushion on every side. Do not ship a bare card in a poly mailer. Original boxes help and do not replace inner cushioning. If we publish a packing photo checklist, follow it. Damage from your packing is a failed inspection, not our carrier claim.
Labels
Use only the label we issue for that offer ID. Do not reprint it for a second package. Do not cover the barcode. We may void unused labels. Creating a label is not payment and not acceptance of the Item.
When risk moves
Until the carrier’s first scan, the package is yours. After scan, carrier terms apply. We are not the carrier. Insure high-value cards. If you use our prepaid label, we may purchase declared-value coverage up to the locked offer; that coverage is for our benefit until we pay you, then it follows the deal. Concealed damage after a clean outer box can still fail inspection.
Lost in transit to us
If the label we issued shows a scan and then the package is lost, we will file the carrier claim. Payout, if any, is limited to the locked offer or the carrier’s limit, whichever is lower. We do not owe retail replacement value.
Returns to you
Rejected Items go back to the address on the offer. Provide a location that can receive a signature-required box. If the return is refused or undeliverable, we will email you. After 21 days we may treat the Item as abandoned and dispose of it, including resale, and keep any recovery after costs.
Export and your customs
We only issue domestic US labels unless we say otherwise in writing. You are the exporter of record for anything you send from outside that arrangement.
